Meet Our Founder
Uche Odika Junior is a political researcher, a crude electioneering maestro, and a knowledge-based consultant. He obtained his First Degree from the University of Abuja, and proceeded to the University of Manchester-United Kingdom for his postgraduate studies; where he studied advanced Research in Politics, Democracy, and Elections. He has written several articles on Globalization, Media and Politics, Rhetoric in Politics, Good Governance, Theory and Practice of Democracy, and Political Parties in Contemporary Britain and Nigeria.
Uche Odika is the author of Patriotism Has No Party: Defining democracy within the context of ensuring peace through good governance, Inspirational Leadership, APC and Democratic Governance in Nigeria, and Judgment TO Lead. He edited ‘Security and Justice’ authored by Ibrahim K. Idris (The Former Inspector General of Police, Federal Republic Nigeria), he also edited the Nigeria Fourth Republic, and so many other publications. Uche Odika is currently the Chairman of Uche Odika Resource Center.

WHO WE ARE
UORC focuses on enhancing governance through better election strategies, policy reforms, and citizen participation. Economic efforts target strategic planning, entrepreneurship, job creation, and investment. Empowerment programs uplift youth and women through leadership and capacity building. Technology and innovation will drive digital literacy and research. Additionally, the initiative addresses civic education, conflict resolution, sustainability, healthcare access, and education improvement for a more inclusive and prosperous society.
GOAL
Promote sustainable development and inclusive governance by advancing democracy, fostering economic growth, empowering marginalized groups, and addressing key civic, environmental, health, and education issues.
